Shipping policy

All items are produced in limited quantities. Most products are pre-made and ready to ship, and orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Due to high demand, select items may be available as pre-orders. Pre-order items are made specifically for customers and typically ship within 3-7 weeks from the order date. If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, the order may ship once all items are ready.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier, actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after receiving your tracking number.

All RichFriends Los Angeles pieces are designed and released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it will never be restocked. Each release is created to exist only once, making every piece rare, intentional, and truly exclusive to those who are part of the RichFriends community.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Items must be unused and in original condition. Limited and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
