Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at RichFriendsLA@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled before shipment, the total amount paid will be automatically issued as store credit. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
All approved returns and canceled orders are refunded as store credit only. Refunds are never issued back to the original payment method. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the full amount originally paid, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
