How fast is shipping?
All items are pre-made and ready to ship. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Where are our products manufactured?
Our products are designed and developed in Los Angeles and manufactured by trusted production partners internationally. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure consistent quality, fit, and durability across every piece.
Are items restocked once sold out?
All RichFriends Los Angeles pieces are designed and released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it will never be restocked. Each release is created to exist only once, making every piece rare, intentional, and truly exclusive to those who are part of the RichFriends community.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Items must be unused and in original condition. Limited and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
