Most items are pre-made and ready to ship. All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Due to high demand, select items may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items typically ship within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive tracking information with every order, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Our products are designed and developed in Los Angeles and manufactured by trusted production partners internationally. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure consistent quality, fit, and durability across every piece.

All RichFriends Los Angeles pieces are designed and released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it will never be restocked. Each release is created to exist only once, making every piece rare, intentional, and truly exclusive to those who are part of the RichFriends community.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Items must be unused and in original condition. Limited and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
