How fast is shipping?
Most items are pre-made and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is completed. Due to high demand, some items may be available as pre-orders and will ship within 7-14 Business Days from the order date. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Tracking information is provided with every order so you can monitor your shipment. Where are our products manufactured?
Our products are designed and developed in Los Angeles and manufactured by trusted production partners internationally. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure consistent quality, fit, and durability across every piece.
Are items restocked once sold out?
All RichFriends Los Angeles pieces are designed and released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it will never be restocked. Each release is created to exist only once, making every piece rare, intentional, and truly exclusive to those who are part of the RichFriends community.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Items must be unused and in original condition. Limited and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
